Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing and Community Manager to lead our audience engagement initiatives and manage our online community. This role involves developing and executing digital marketing strategies, managing online programming and in-person events, and utilizing AI tools to optimize business processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, marketing and managing communities for life science companies or for recruiting or hiring platforms, and will possess strong digital marketing skills, client success skills and be tech/AI savvy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategy that includes; email marketing, newsletters, social media, community management, event marketing, advertising in order to drive brand visibility, grow the community and foster user engagement.
  • Content Creation: Produce and oversee engaging content across all digital platforms, ensuring consistency with our brand voice and objectives or that of our clients.
  • Community Management: Build, nurture, and manage our online community by fostering positive relationships, addressing member inquiries, and encouraging active participation.
  • Event Coordination: Plan and execute online events and programming that resonate with our audience and support community growth.
  • Client Success: Work closely with clients to ensure that their sponsorship or engagement goals are achieved through the BioBuzz platform.
  • AI Integration: Utilize AI tools to analyze marketing data, personalize user experiences, and streamline business processes for enhanced efficiency.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing campaigns and community engagement, using insights to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in digital marketing and community management, preferably within hiring platforms or related industries.
  • Digital Marketing Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing channels and tools, including online community platforms, social media platforms, email marketing, event marketing and content management systems. Experience in growth marketing principles is highly desired.
  • AI Familiarity: Experience with AI applications in marketing and business processes, such as data analysis, chatbots, or personalized content delivery.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with a talent for crafting compelling content and engaging diverse audiences.
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills with the capacity to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
