Our client, a dynamic organization in the Food Manufacturing sector, is seeking a Temporary Human Resource Assistant to join their team. As a Temporary Human Resource Assistant, you will be part of the HR department supporting various team initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Temporary Human Resource Assistant

Location: Tonawanda, NY - in office role

Pay Range: $20 - $21/hour

What's the Job?

• Window reception and answering phones to provide excellent customer service.
• Building orientation folders and benefits kits for new employees.
• Data entry and filing to maintain accurate employee records.
• Scheduling and canceling interviews to support the recruitment process.
• Assisting with HR events and projects as needed to foster a collaborative environment.

What's Needed?

• Ability to multitask and manage complex schedules effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in data entry and filing systems.
• A collaborative spirit and willingness to assist team members as needed.
