Job Title: Tableau Developer Consultant - Global Salesforce Slalom seeks an analytics consultant skilled in CRM Analytics to expand our Salesforce analytics practice. This role is perfect for a results-driven professional eager to join a high-performing team of Salesforce analytics experts. Role Overview We need an experienced individual with a strong understanding of Salesforce analytics who can design and develop CRM Analytics solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate demonstrates organizational, analytical, and communication skills, mastery of data structures, and the ability to analyze customer needs deeply. You should be capable of designing impactful, supportable solutions that delight customers, with an advanced understanding of CRM Analytics, analytics concepts, and the Salesforce platform. Responsibilities Analyze and understand: Partner with stakeholders to understand and document business processes, data, and needs. Investigate data definitions, sources, characteristics, limitations, and priorities. Communicate and persuade: Clearly communicate with customers and team members, lead customers to understand possibilities, and manage relationships and expectations. Organize and deliver: Plan and prioritize tasks, understand story dependencies, and organize project components. Solution and design: Design compelling solutions using CRM Analytics, architect data processes, create dashboards, and understand system constraints to optimize designs. Develop: Collaborate with team members to develop recipes, dashboards, and assets, partner with application developers for data extraction, and ensure quality through testing and QA. Qualifications Deep knowledge of CRM Analytics, including dashboard and dataset design, SAQL, UX, and best practices. Strong understanding of BI concepts, data schemas, cubes, ETL, and data modeling. Proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts. Proven ability to translate strategies into results, with experience in Agile projects and release management. Leadership skills and risk mitigation planning. Analytical thinking and systematic problem-solving skills. At least 1 year of active CRM Analytics development experience (2 years preferred). 2+ years of relevant technical work, with a background in Computer Science, MIS, or related fields. The salary range for a Consultant is $96,000 - $177,000, and for a Senior Consultant, $110,000 - $203,000, plus potential bonuses. Actual pay depends on skills, experience, and location.
