Job Title: Sports Vision Trainer & Vision Therapy Coach*No experience necessary -- on the job training will be provided*Are you passionate about sports, movement, and helping others improve their performanceon and off the field? Were looking for a high-energy, motivated Sports Vision Trainer who also enjoys working with kids in a therapeutic setting. This is a unique role where athletic performance meets visual development, and no two days are the same.What You'll Do:Train athletes to improve visual skills like focus, tracking, depth perception, and hand-eye coordination to boost their performance in sports.Work with children in vision therapy sessions to support visual development, learning, and confidence.Lead engaging, movement-based activities tailored to each individuals needs and goals.Collaborate with coaches, parents, and healthcare professionals to support overall progress.Create a fun, positive environment where athletes and kids feel supported and encouraged.Youll Thrive Here If You:Have a background or interest in sports science, optometry, occupational therapy, or coaching.Enjoy working with kids just as much as working with athletes.Are upbeat, patient, and able to motivate individuals of all ages.Love active, hands-on work and making a real difference every day.Bonus Points If You:Have experience in athletic coaching, working with kids, or therapeutic activities.Are creative and adaptable in how you approach training and therapy.Perks:Be part of a fun, energetic, and supportive team.Gain experience in both sports performance and vision development.Ongoing training and opportunities to grow in the field.
