This role supports the transformational guest experiences - your attention to detail sets the stage for moments of peace, reflection, and connection

• Ensure spa cleanliness and compliance with all state and wellness regulations, including frequent sanitization using spa-approved materials
• Stock towels and amenities in the Wellness Haven and guest treatment rooms daily
• Prepare spa spaces for the day by turning on towel warmers, table warmers, and hot towel cabbies before scheduled treatments
• Clean and maintain high standards in saunas, steam rooms, and spa bathrooms throughout the day
• Collect and manage spa laundry, including sorting and delivery to proper storage or laundry zones
• Support therapists and spa team with any operational needs to ensure smooth treatment delivery
• Use tech-based systems to stay aligned with daily spa schedules and ensure rooms are prepped accordingly

• Flexible availability, including weekends; schedule may vary based on guest bookings
• Comfortable working 30–35 hours per week; standard shifts are 7:00–3:30, 8:00–4:30, or similar
• Reliable transportation to and from Bolt Farm Treehouse (Whitwell, TN)
• Comfortable using mobile devices or checklists to track daily tasks
• Positive, respectful attitude with a strong commitment to guest experience
• Bonus points if you have spa, wellness, or hospitality cleaning experience!
• This role requires the ability to stand for extended periods and lift to 25 pounds to support laundry and restocking responsibilities.

Referral Reward: Earn a cash reward for referring someone we hire! The reward will be paid after six months of the referral’s employment.
