Job Description

A healthcare professional is needed to provide licensed practical nursing services in an elementary school setting. This role requires an LPN/LVN to support the healthcare needs of students throughout the contracted school year.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid LPN or LVN licensure in good standing
• Experience working with children in a school or pediatric healthcare environment preferred
• Ability to administer medications, perform basic nursing assessments, and collaborate with school staff
• Strong communication skills and ability to maintain confidential health records

Location:

• Elementary school in Milton, Washington

Responsibilities:

• Deliver nursing care to students including first aid, medication administration, and health monitoring
• Maintain accurate health records and documentation in compliance with school and legal guidelines
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and healthcare providers to support student wellness
• Assist in health education and emergency preparedness as needed
