Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Remote Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The QA Specialist will be responsible for ensuring products, services, and processes meet established standards of quality, reliability, and performance. This role involves conducting audits, identifying issues, implementing solutions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulationsall from a remote setting.Key Responsibilities:Conduct routine and non-routine audits to ensure compliance with internal procedures and external regulatory requirements.Monitor, evaluate, and document the performance of products, processes, or customer service interactions.Identify defects, suggest improvements, and assist teams in implementing corrective actions.Develop and execute test plans, cases, and scripts (for QA in software or tech-related roles).Track and analyze quality data and KPIs to identify trends and recommend improvements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, customer support, compliance, and operations.Maintain accurate records of QA processes, findings, and outcomes.Support process improvement initiatives and continuous training for staff on QA standards.Requirements:Proven experience in a QA role (industry-specific preferred).Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.Familiarity with QA methodologies, tools, and standards (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma, HIPAA, etc., depending on industry).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Comfortable working independently and managing time effectively in a remote environment.Proficiency with remote collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Teams).Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Business, Computer Science, or related field.Certification in Quality Assurance (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Auditor, ISTQB, etc.).Experience with CRM, ERP, or QA automation tools.Prior remote work experience a plus.Benefits:Flexible remote work environmentHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holidaysOpportunities for professional developmentSupportive and collaborative virtual team culture
