Job Description

Key Details:

Location: Remote (must be local to the area) and in our Tysons office.
Compensation: $50,000 - $100,000+ (base + bonuses).
Responsibilities:

Listing Side:

Listing Management: Coordinate pre-listing activities such as professional staging, photography, and vendor meetings to ensure listings are in top showing condition.
Assist with preparing listing documents, MLS listings, marketing materials, and offer detail pages.
Manage and update the comprehensive Action Plan for each listing in real-time, using real data.
Under Contract Process: Support the Lead Agent from contract ratification through post-closing, ensuring smooth transactions by coordinating with home inspections, lenders, title companies, and settlement.
Act as a trusted right-hand for the Lead Agent, keeping them informed about any challenges or issues that arise.
Follow up with Seller leads on behalf of the Lead Agent.
Create automated searches for clients and draft DocuSign contracts as needed.
Gather agent and visitor feedback on properties, and provide updates to Sellers.
Report weekly updates on potential buyer statuses and market conditions.
Keep transactions on schedule through consistent communication with agents and clients.

Buyer Side:

Prospecting for New Business: Reach out to leads, follow up, and schedule appointments.
Educate Buyers and present relevant information to help them make informed decisions.
Schedule and attend showings, and provide video tours of homes when needed.
Organize legal documents and upload them to the appropriate systems.
Keep Lead Agents informed and assist with any issues that arise.
Attend home inspections and support the Lead Agent throughout the process.
Under Contract Process: Assist with coordinating home inspections, lenders, title companies, and settlements to ensure a smooth transaction for the Buyer.

General Responsibilities:

Maintain and update the CRM system daily, ensuring all contacts and leads are tracked.
Communicate effectively with clients, agents, lenders, inspectors, and title companies.
Manage the scheduling of appointments and maintain organized calendars for the team.
Serve as the first point of contact for customer and agent inquiries.
Help manage the database, ensuring it's consistently updated and growing.
Request and gather 5-star reviews post-settlement from clients across multiple platforms (e.g., Zillow, Realtor.com, Google, LinkedIn, and Facebook).
Proactively search for off-market properties and gather information on upcoming listings.
Assist with social media marketing to help grow the brand and increase visibility.
Perform other duties as needed.

Qualifications:
Active Virginia Real Estate License (Minimum 2 years of experience).
At least 2 years of experience in both listing and buying.
Bachelor's degree preferred; High School diploma required.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Available during times that meet the needs of clients.
