Job Description The Project Manager - OPM Firm - Hybrid Flexibility will be responsible for:
- Act as the Owner's Advocate: Ensure the project aligns with the owner's goals, budget, and vision.
- Coordinate Project Stakeholders: Serve as the primary liaison between the owner, architects, engineers, contractors, and other project participants.
- Manage Project Schedule: Develop and maintain project schedules, identifying critical milestones and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Budget Oversight: Establish, track, and manage project budgets, including cost estimating, tracking, and reporting.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks and challenges proactively.
- Quality Control: Ensure project work meets quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Change Management: Manage changes to the project scope, budget, and schedule, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.

The Successful Applicant The Project Manager - OPM Firm - Hybrid Flexibility should have:
- 5+ years of project management experience
- Project experience within life science, healthcare, government, or general commercial
- Experience managing $5M+ in value
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Building Construction Technology
- Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam or MS Apps
- Strong communication skills and client facing skills
