What you will be doing

As the Program Director at Alpha, you'll be at the forefront of educational innovation. Your role will be multifaceted and impactful:

  • Architect of Excellence: Develop and implement a world-class training program for our Guides, ensuring they embody the Alpha learning system with unparalleled proficiency.
  • Master Strategist: Craft comprehensive Guide Playbooks that serve as the blueprint for exceptional facilitation, engaging learning activities, and effective problem-solving techniques.
  • Performance Catalyst: Provide regular, insightful feedback to Guides, igniting their potential to maximize student engagement and achievement.
  • Inspirational Mentor: Take a hands-on approach by personally coaching a select group of students, showcasing best practices in motivation and guidance.

Key Responsibilities

As the Program Director, your primary responsibility is to cultivate and lead a team of exceptional Guides who will bring the Alpha system to life with unparalleled excellence. This involves:

  • Continuously refining and optimizing the Alpha learning system based on performance data and emerging educational research
  • Fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement among your team
  • Ensuring consistent, high-quality implementation of the Alpha system across all learning environments
  • Serving as a bridge between Alpha's vision and its practical application in the classroom

Candidate Requirements
