Job Title: Production Helper
Job Description

This is a general labor position where you will assist either secondary operators or roll forming machine operators.

Responsibilities

• Help with setup, load, and/or unload parts from the production line.
• Deburr all formed parts that come from machine operators.
• Conduct quality checks on parts.
• Use hand tools to unload and load parts.
• Pack finished goods for shipping.

Essential Skills

• Fabrication experience.
• Machine operating skills.
• Experience in steel labor.
• Deburring experience is a plus.
• Ability to load or unload parts efficiently.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• General helper experience.
• Previous industrial experience.
• Machine operating experience is advantageous.

Work Environment

The work environment is in a manufacturing setting, which can be hot or cold at times. The facility is industrial, but not necessarily dirty or unpleasant. Management maintains a relaxed atmosphere if responsibilities are met.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jeffersonville, Indiana.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
