Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Sourcing Specialist to support strategic sourcing and procurement activities across multiple categories, including R&D, Clinical, G&A, IT, and Commercial. This contract role will work closely with Category Managers and Leaders to manage purchasing processes, vendor engagements, and contract workflows to ensure timely and efficient sourcing operations.

Responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end contract and sourcing processes, including SOW, budgets, and payment schedules using the CLM system (Agiloft).
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and internal stakeholders to ensure vendor contracts align with business requirements.
• Assist in vendor evaluation (RFIs, RFPs), scheduling presentations and bid meetings, and collecting market intelligence.
• Prepare purchase requisitions, follow up on orders, and resolve AP/receiving discrepancies.
• Contribute to quarterly vendor accrual and forecasting processes.
• Support procurement-related projects and category management initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 5+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 3+ years; equivalent combinations considered.
• Background in pharmaceutical or biotech industries preferred.
• Strong understanding of sourcing principles, ERP systems (SAP preferred), and procurement best practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working across legal, compliance, and finance functions.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, work collaboratively, and adapt in a dynamic environment.
