Job Description

Florida Personal Financial Advisor aids, senior advisors and financial planners in providing financial planning and investment services to clients. They are instrumental in maintaining client relationships, conducting research, and contributing to the development of financial strategies. Below is an outline of common duties and requirements: • Must be in Florida Responsibilities: • Client Support: Assist with day-to-day client service tasks, responding to client inquiries, and maintaining client accounts. • Financial Planning Preparation : Gather financial data from clients, prepare financial analysis, and help draft financial plans and reports. • Portfolio Review : Support portfolio analysis and help monitor clients’ portfolios to ensure they align with financial goals. • Meeting Preparation : Prepare materials for client meetings, such as account summaries and financial projections. • Documentation : Maintain client records, prepare documentation, and ensure compliance with regulations and firm policies. • Compliance : Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure all activities align with compliance requirements. Qualifications: • Education : Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or related field. • Licensing : Series 6, or willingness to obtain licenses within a certain timeframe. • Skills : Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills. • Experience: Previous experience in finance or client service is a plus but not always required.   The location would be North Florida area, Tampa or Jacksonville Compensation would be salary and commission.
