We want your knowledge and expertise!Job Summary and QualificationsUnder general supervision, the Administrative Sec/Tech maintains logs, records, files and databases, prepares and generates reports, coordinates and/or assists with scheduling, payroll, productivity, inventory, ordering, charging, patient transport, and departmental cleaning, maintains off-site storage areas, interacts with patients and physicians, assists with performance improvement, performs related duties as assigned.What qualifications you will need:Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start dateMust demonstrate knowledge and skill in computerized office applications including word processing and spreadsheets (Microsoft Word, Excel).Working knowledge of internet, Access, and PowerPoint desired.Must have exceptional organizational capability, be accurate and detail-oriented.Must be willing to be very multi-functional.Must be able to work overtime and on call as needed.HCA Healthcare has been named one of the World’s Most Ethical Companies by Ethisphere Institute for ten consecutive years (2010-2019).
