Licensed Clinical Social Worker – Full-Time Opportunity in California

A thriving private practice is looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide high-quality mental health services to a diverse patient population. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year + benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct intake assessments and develop client-centered treatment plans.
• Deliver individual therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches.
• Provide telehealth services as needed.
• Maintain professional and ethical counseling practices to uphold our reputation.
• Adhere to organizational policies and compliance guidelines.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field.
• Active LCSW license in California.
• At least two years of experience in a clinical setting.
• Strong understanding of treatment planning and documentation.
