Responsibilities: Assist our vendors and partners in the development and implementation of marketing strategies, including branding, press releases, events, digital marketing (both paid and organic), community, and public relations. Work with our vendors to improve SEO and Google Ads/Analytics to enhance ROI and generate client leads and sign-ups. Assist in creating marketing materials using graphic design software, photography, and videography to drive consideration and conversion while maintaining the company’s brand standards. Identify marketing opportunities to develop brand awareness, improve lead generation, increase engagement, and execute related initiatives. Collaborate with internal teams and communicate effectively with third-party marketing vendors. Coordinate social media activities, including content creation, scheduling, publishing, engagement, and moderation to support audience growth and drive traffic. Monitor media schedules and industry news daily to strategize content placement and incorporate new digital marketing techniques. Design, launch, and analyze email campaigns with a focus on client segmentation strategy. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field (preferred). Minimum of 1 year experience in B2C social media, Google Ads/Analytics, email campaigns, paid web campaigns, and SEO/SEM. Ability to learn CRM/CMS platforms. Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices. Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
