Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Associate to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for candidates looking to start their career in HR and gain hands-on experience across various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing offers. Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for employees. Advise employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and employment laws. Handle employee relations matters and assist in resolving workplace issues. Support the performance management process, including tracking and reporting. Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies across all HR practices. Participate in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives. Support training and development efforts in collaboration with leadership. Provide data and reports on HR metrics such as turnover, engagement, and diversity. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. 02 years of experience in HR or administrative support (internships count). Basic understanding of labor laws and HR best practices. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Preferred Qualifications: Internship or previous experience in an HR role is a plus.
