Join Our Team as a Hearing Aid Specialist!

Are you passionate about helping people hear better? We're seeking a dedicated audiologist or hearing instrument specialist to join our healthcare team. If you strongly understand anatomy and physiology and love making a difference in people's lives, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

• Conduct thorough audiological assessments to evaluate hearing and balance functions.
• Create personalized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Fit, dispense, and provide counseling on hearing aids and other assistive listening devices.
• Educate patients and their families about hearing health, prevention strategies, and treatment options.
• Keep accurate patient records, including coding for insurance purposes.
• Work with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in audiology practices and technologies.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology related to the auditory system.
• Proficiency in patient assessment techniques for effective diagnosis.
• Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to audiology practices.
• Experience in pediatrics is a plus for working with younger patients.
• Excellent patient service skills to build positive relationships.
• Understanding of occupational health considerations in audiology.
• Ability to perform coding for medical records accurately.

Job Details:

• Type: Full-time
• Pay: 100% commission-based. Average: 1st year - $80,000 - $100,000 / 2nd year: $110,000- $130,000
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, Weekends as needed
• Education: Associate (Required)
• Experience: Licensed: 3 years (Required)
• Location: Boston (Required)
• Travel: 100% (Required)
• Work Location: Assigned to a different location
