We are seeking a strategic, highly organized, and solutions-oriented professional to serve as the Head of Broker Dealer Operations and Chief of Staff to partner directly with our CEO and executive team to drive organizational focus, build processes, develop teams, align key stakeholders, and enable high-level execution across the company. Position Summary: This role serves as a key integrator, strategic advisor, and force multiplier to the CEO—responsible for ensuring seamless coordination across functions, leading cross-functional initiatives, and maintaining operational momentum. The ideal candidate is a detail-driven operator who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and can lead to ensure clarity, accountability, and execution. Key Responsibilities:

• - Serve as a trusted advisor and sounding board to the CEO on strategic, operational, and organizational matters.
• - Manage quarterly/annual planning, leadership offsites, and strategic review processes.
• -Enable effective coordination with offshore operations in Latin America.
• - Drive accountability across the executive team and monitor progress on strategic priorities across the organization and manage all Broker Dealer Operations.
• - Drive coordination of Broker Dealer operations with Community/Investor Development and Investment Banking.
• - Apply best practices from operational frameworks to strengthen processes and organization alignment.
• - Identify and navigate through executional blockers, while maintaining Broker dealer and corporate compliance, across U.S. and Latin American operations.
• - Play an active leadership role in shaping organizational structure and building high-performing teams.
• - Partner with the CEO and functional leaders to identify talent needs and lead strategic recruiting efforts.
• - Support onboarding, team alignment, and development of scalable team processes.
• - Deliver clear, concise updates to executive stakeholders and board members.
• - Translate strategic priorities into effective internal communication and engagement.
• - Champion confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism in handling sensitive matters.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• - Bachelor's degree required.
• - 5 -10 years of experience in Operations, Chief of Staff, Strategy, Consulting, Project Management Organization, or executive support roles in a broker dealer with self-clearing operations.
• - Strong project management and communication skills.
• - Critical thinking mindset and ability to influence without formal authority.
• - High emotional intelligence, judgment, and ability to operate under pressure.
• - Series 7 and Series 24 licenses.
