What you will be doing

• Coach and Elevate: Provide personal, actionable feedback to your team of Alpha Guides, amplifying their performance and skyrocketing student achievement.
• Craft Winning Strategies: Design and implement Guide Playbooks that detail best practices, innovative learning activities, and solutions to challenges.
• Ignite Potential: Lead a cohort of students, leveraging your expertise to transform even the most reluctant learners into high-achieving rocketships.

What you will NOT be doing

• Micromanaging Lesson Plans: Your mission is strategic. While Guides manage day-to-day learning through adaptive apps, you'll be engineering better facilitation techniques and creating high-impact enrichment activities.
• Compromising Excellence: Our standards are non-negotiable. Whether it's maintaining our 100% pass threshold or enabling a 6th grader to tackle college-level courses, you'll be the guardian of our high expectations.
• Conducting Mundane Training: Forget lecture-style development. Your coaching will exemplify the enthusiasm, energy, and expert facilitation we expect from our Guides.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field - your passion and achievements speak louder than your major
• Proven track record of cultivating professional teams to achieve elite-level performance
• Mastery in leveraging data-driven approaches for strategic decision-making
• Demonstrated history of successfully engaging with and inspiring children and teens (ages 5-18)
• Legal authorization to work in the US without visa sponsorship
• Commitment to work in-person at our cutting-edge Austin, TX campus
