Salary: $150,000 - $180,000 per year
A bit about us: We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Head of Finance to join our team. This leadership role will oversee all financial aspects of our business, including financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial risk management. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies that support our company's growth and profitability goals. This role is a key member of the executive team, reporting directly to the CEO, and will play a critical role in strategic decision-making.

Job Details Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. An MBA or relevant Master’s degree would be preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years experience in a senior financial managerial position with a proven track record of success.
- Experience in the engineering industry is highly preferred.
- Prior experience in a Big 4 firm is a must.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Exceptional knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, cost accounting, and cost control principles, and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Advanced knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance, and information analysis.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software.
- Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a high-performance finance team.
