The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading an effective marketing strategy to propel company growth. You will work cross-functionally to understand marketing needs, act as a company brand ambassador to external sources, and drive revenue growth through successful marketing campaigns. A strategic thinker and someone who loves to take initiative will be the best fit.

This is a hybrid role. When not working remotely, this person will be in the office in Petaluma.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee innovative B2C strategies aimed at boosting customer engagement and increasing revenue at multiple locations
• Manage a variety of marketing campaigns across platforms, including digital advertising, social media, print, mail, email, and pay-per-click (PPC)
• Develop and execute a targeted email marketing strategy
• Analyze web page performance to ensure an excellent guest experience
• Design comprehensive marketing strategy plans tailored to specific locations
• Map the customer journey to enhance the overall experience and work on audience segmentation
• Maintain a detailed list of actionable items for ongoing marketing initiatives
• Generate reports and presentations for senior management that detail the impact and outcomes of marketing initiatives

Qualifications

• 5+ years of marketing campaign experience
• Retail or hospitality experience preferred, specifically in a company setting with multiple locations
• Exceptional skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Email Marketing Platforms (such as Mail Chimp, Pinpointe, Hubspot)
• Self-starter and able to work independently
• Need strong ability to set priorities, solve problems, and be resourceful under pressure
• Superior written, proofreading, verbal and group communications and presentation skills
• Strong leadership and influencing skills; track record of successful client & team relationships, and ability to build credibility and gain confidence quickly
