Responsibilities & Expectations Ensure safety and security of protectees and employees. Monitor security systems, alarms, and cameras. Manage access control for visitors, employees, and vendors. Be open to travel and special assignments. Build relationships and communicate effectively with staff and stakeholders. Maintain discretion and confidentiality. Work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Collaborate with intelligence, investigations, law enforcement, and security teams to identify and mitigate threats. Report suspicious activities and vulnerabilities. Operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Minimum Requirements Participation in random drug screenings. Complete a physical readiness test before employment; maintain physical readiness. Pass a background check. High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Valid and current driver’s license. Valid U.S. Passport. Ability to obtain a state guard card and firearms license. Professional, friendly communication skills, with a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence; prior customer service or hospitality experience is a plus. Desired Qualifications Experience in ERT, military, law enforcement, or executive protection.
