We are seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk for Roc Nation, a segment of the Live Nation All Rights Artist business. Position will be responsible for the daily processing of billings. This person must be a self motivated individual with the ability to multi task. This role is Remote within the US. Responsibilities include reviewing and recording system and manual checks into Accounting and Bank modules, ensuring all payments have proper approvals/coding and all required supporting documents are filed accordingly, processing manual ACH and wires, inputting outgoing ACH/wires into the A/P system, and handling special projects and additional responsibilities as needed. Requirements include a Bachelor's Degree with Accounting/Finance coursework a plus, 1-2 years of experience, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail, quality problem-solving and communication skills, Excel proficiency a plus, Oracle experience a plus, and excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced environment.
